At Arcadia LARP there are two committees that help to ensure the smooth running of the game. The Management Committee takes care of the Out of Character running of the club whereas the Gameworld Committee controls plot, rules and lore of game play. Unlike many other systems there is no one head referree everyone within the Gameworld Committee is an equal and plot is run as a team.
