From the north, leave the M5 at J28 (Cullompton) and follow the B3181 towards Exeter. Turn off at Budlake and follow the signs to Caddihoe From the south, leave the M5 at J29 (Exeter Airport) and follow signs to “Pinhoe” or “Broadclyst” to the B3181 (direction Cullompton) to the Budlake turn.
